“Hi, at 8.15 pm I rang your office to report faulty fridge, surprise! I got a real person, not pick a number from 1 – 10. Was told technician would ring back in 10 minutes, surprise! He did – said would come to check it next day between 1 – 4 pm, surprise! He was early! And the hits just keep on coming lol no need for new fridge and was very pleased with cost of part, so for a senior citizen (70), we cannot thank you enough. Great to find a firm who cares about you, but really does what they say, so thank you.”

Before calling, I’d been told by my previous refrigerator mechanic, that Thursday (13/12/12) was the earliest someone could assess our fridge. I rang you this morning and within an hour, your tradesman arrived, quickly assessed the problem with our fridge and fixed it straight away. He kept me informed by explaining the problem and how it could be fixed. He was also efficient and friendly.
