“Hi, at 8.15 pm I rang your office to report faulty fridge, surprise! I got a real person, not pick a number from 1 – 10. Was told technician would ring back in 10 minutes, surprise! He did – said would come to check it next day between 1 – 4 pm, surprise! He was early! And the hits just keep on coming lol no need for new fridge and was very pleased with cost of part, so for a senior citizen (70), we cannot thank you enough. Great to find a firm who cares about you, but really does what they say, so thank you.”
